A happy body contributes to a happy life by fostering overall well-being. To promote the importance of a happy and healthy life an assembly was conducted by the students of Grade VII H on Wednesday, 07th February 2024 on the topic, ‘Happy Body Happy Life’. Prioritizing self-care and listening to our body’s needs can lead to increased resilience, reduce stress, and improve confidence. Healthy eating habits, sleeping at least eight hours every night, and exercising daily are extremely good for physical and mental health. This was impeccably crafted through a captivating skit.
