India is a diverse country with many different cultures and their expressions. Each art form is unique and has its distinct style. An art-integrated poster-making activity was organized for the students of Grade VI during the Math period. Students recreated art forms of Sikkim and Maharashtra using basic geometrical concepts and symmetry. The activity was challenging yet interesting and engaging. It helped students to reinforce information through repetition, leading to better retention and recall.
