Role models can have an immense influence on a child's growth and development. They provide a source of self-belief, build potent moral principles, support young people in reaching their aspirations, and teach them how to effectively manage social interactions. Students of Grade VI were engrossed in writing a prashasti with reference to a History chapter during their Social Studies period. Students creatively presented their prashasti in which they described the person whom they admire with appropriate adjectives. Students wrote rhythmic lines about parents, teachers, friends, and siblings whom they liked the most. This activity catered to their emotional needs along with a better understanding of the concept.
