among students and it develops logical thinking skills. Keeping this in mind, a Math Lab Activity – forming 3-digit numbers was conducted in Grade II on Friday
26.04.2024. where students formed 3- digit numbers by using different shapes.
These shapes represented circle as ones, triangle as tens and square as hundreds. Students formed the number, represented it on an abacus and revised the number names, concepts of place values and expanded form. Students thoroughly enjoyed the activity.
