Amanora School proudly celebrated the Awards for Student Excellence (ASE) Ceremony for the Academic Year 2025 - 26, a memorable occasion dedicated to recognising the hard work, perseverance, and outstanding achievements of our students. The ceremony brought together students, parents, teachers, coordinators, and school leaders to honour excellence across academics, sports, and the arts.
The ceremony commenced with the auspicious lighting of the ceremonial lamp, symbolising the triumph of knowledge over ignorance and marking the beginning of a celebration filled with inspiration and achievement. This solemn tradition set the perfect tone for the event.
The programme then continued with a captivating fusion of Bharatanatyam and Kathak presented by our talented students. The performance beautifully reflected India's rich cultural heritage and set an inspiring tone for the celebration. The event was further enhanced by the confident compering of our student anchors, who guided the audience seamlessly through the proceedings.
The ceremony was graced by our esteemed Director–Principal, Ms. Meera Nair, Headmistress (Secondary), Ms. Amrita Gangwal, and Headmistress (Primary), Ms. Sujata Rathaur, along with coordinators, teacher leaders, faculty members, parents, and students. Their presence added great significance to this celebration of achievement and excellence.
The ASE Awards recognise students who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, determination, and consistent performance in various fields. This year, awards were presented across eight prestigious categories: Star Achievers, Super Achievers, Super Star Achievers, Math Master, Super Scientist, Sporty Soul, Astounding Artist, and other recognitions that celebrate academic brilliance as well as excellence in co-curricular pursuits.
A total of 455 students from Grades V to IX were awarded during the ceremony. The distribution of awards reflected the remarkable accomplishments of our learners across multiple disciplines, acknowledging students who excelled in one or more core subjects, achieved perfect scores, demonstrated exceptional improvement, brought laurels to the school through sports, and showcased extraordinary talent in the performing and visual arts.
The celebration also recognised the exceptional achievements of our senior school students. The school toppers of Grade X and the Grade XII toppers from the Science, Commerce, and Humanities streams were felicitated for their exemplary performance in the Board Examinations. Their dedication, resilience, and pursuit of excellence continue to inspire the entire school community.
In addition, 64 subject toppers from Grade X and 15 subject toppers from Grade XII were honoured for securing the highest marks in their respective subjects. Altogether, 79 students from Grades X and XII were felicitated for their outstanding academic accomplishments in the Academic Year 2025 - 26.
The Awards for Student Excellence Ceremony served as a reminder that success is achieved through sincere effort, discipline, and perseverance. While the awards celebrated individual accomplishments, they also acknowledged the unwavering support of parents, the guidance of teachers, and the nurturing environment provided by the school.
